Spicy Red’s courses along with the Ignite App has absolutely transformed my life. The amount of positivity and support I feel in this community has literally made me a better person and that is NOT an exaggeration.  It has given me so much more confidence that it has made me better in my professional work and even in my public speaking. It’s given me confidence and transformed my body image. I can honestly say that I just feel so accepted and supported and so included  regardless of race, gender, age, sexuality, or any other differences. I can say without a doubt the Ignite app will make you feel like you are your authentic true soul self — timeless and without limits — and it will make you shine. Other people in my life have absolutely noticed a difference in how I carry myself and how I show up every day. These courses and classes have not just the potential, but the probability to change every aspect of your life. All of the instructors are so  sincere, genuine, warm, and encouraging. And on top of it all, Spicy Red sprinkles sexiness, fire, and SPICE! It just makes you so excited to be alive. The Ignite App is like hitting a reset button for your confidence. I can’t get enough.

Before I took Spicy Red's classes, I had no dance experience at all. She made the classes easily digestible for all levels and incorporated skills gradually in her warmups. She taught me how to embrace my femininity through dance and always made accommodations if I couldn't get a move. She is a wonderful performer and an amazing teacher! And now that she has launched the Ignite App, I feel I will be unstoppable.
